I would like to thank you and your staff members for "jumping through the hoops" to successfully deliver our speaker plaques with only a few days notice. When I first called you, there was absolutely no hesitation in your voice indicating that our requirements could not be met. Instead, the information was gather, proofs were prepared, and our finished products were delivered to us in quality condition. It's obvious why Air Products has continued using Waitz over the years as a preferred supplier. You've certainly earned the reputation you have with us!

The tee shirts we ordered for the school newspaper are high quality and beautiful. We are enjoying them tremendously. Your competitive pricing allowed our club to order them and to give them to supporters of the paper. We appreciate them so much.
You came through above and beyond once again with the awards for the convocation program. Although I kept making changes to the order, you were always most kind and accommodating. Most importantly, the beautiful acrylic awards arrived carefully wrapped and identified. The order was perfect, and I could see the delight on the faces of the recipients.
